Shipping policy

I aim to post orders out as soon as possible, usually within two to three working days.

UK DELIVERY:
UK delivery is posted via First Class Royal Mail unless otherwise stated so please allow three working days for delivery in the UK. I will send you an email to let you know when your order has been posted, so if you’ve not received your item within five working days in the UK then please get in touch.

Currently NOT shipping internationally -
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Parcels will be sent by airmail (this cannot be upgraded) so please allow 12-14 working days, although your order should arrive sooner than this. Please note that all international deliveries will be sent via airmail and therefore will NOT be tracked, so please ensure your address is correct.
I will send you an email to let you know when your order has been posted, so if you’ve not received your item within 15 working days Internationally from the post date, then please get in touch.

Any customs charges incurred, or tax or duty charges, which may be payable in their own country, are the sole responsibility of the customer, and these should be checked before placing an order. By placing an order you are agreeing to this policy and I cannot be held responsible for delays at customs.
