DELIVERY
We aim to post orders out as soon as possible, usually within three to four working days. Personalised prints may take a bit longer to ensure the quality is of the highest standard.
Free UK shipping on orders of £15 or over.
Standard shipping on orders under £15 are from £1 and will be calculated at checkout.
UK delivery is posted via First Class Royal Mail unless otherwise stated so please allow two working days for delivery in the UK AFTER you receive the shipment notification. It rarely happens but if you’ve not received your item within 10 working days then please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- Refunds will be given on non-personalised merchandise returned new in the first 7 days.
- No refund will be given on personalised items.
- Items are no longer eligible for return after 14 days of purchase and are considered final sale.
- Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
- Any fees associated with shipping will not be refunded (unless the item is damaged).
